John K. Bryan is a 1991 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and also has a Masters Degree. He was awarded Academic Fellowships both for law school and graduate school. He is a winner of the American Jurisprudence Award in Legal Research and Writing.
John has practiced law continually since 1991, with his time split between both plaintiff and defense work. He maintains a general practice concentrating in civil litigation in the areas of products liability, general and premises liability, civil rights, auto liability, insurance law, as well as subrogation on auto and structure claims. John has very extensive jury trial experience and has also engaged in many UM/UIM matters, judicial arbitrations, non-jury trials and mediations.
In addition to the foregoing, he has provided seminars to firm associates and clients, and has served as faculty for bar-sponsored continuing legal education.

received her Associates in Paralegal studies from the Community College of Allegheny County in 1997. Since then she has worked extensively as a paralegal in the fields of Personal Injury law, Social Security disability, Workers’ Compensation and Wills and Estates. She has worked with Attorney Wayne M. Chiurazzi in both a full-time and part-time capacity since 2003. In addition to her work as a paralegal, Ms. Flaherty is the founder and program director of In-Stride with Therapeutic Riding, Inc., a non-profit organization that provides horse related activities to children and adults with disabilities.
